Adamite and austinite, Gold Hill Mine, Tooele County, Utah.
Thumbnail specimens of adamite, some of which have associated austinite, mounted
in perky boxes. The pieces are mounted with mineral tack so that they are
easily removable. All are labeled and the labels do not carry a business
name, and all carry a retail price of between $5.00 and $25.00 which totals to
$700.00. For an idea of the individual specimen sizes, keep in
mine that the plastic cases are 3.5cm across. Several of these pieces have
a pleasant violet center of manganoan adamite, something that is not often
recognized in material from Gold Hill. The Gold Hill mine is the type
locality for austinite. Seventy pieces, $300.00(net)
