Milford Quarry, Beaver County,

The Milford Quarry lies northwest of the town of
Milford. The quarry is rarely operated for stone. Workings at the
quarry consist of a single excavation on the west side of an igneous intrusive.
Small but fine specimens of fluorite along with several other minerals have been
produced from the quarry.

Not only is the quarry a source of mineral specimens, it
is infested with rattle snakes.
