01972 Quartz and epidote, Green Monster
Mine, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. Curving plate covered with
colorless, transparent quartz crystals that reach 2cm in size. A few small
epidote crystals stick out between the quartz crystals. One of the epidote
crystals has small amounts of actinolite present on the termination. A few
platy magnetite microcrystals are present as inclusions in the quartz crystals.
No damage to the main crystals. Measures 5 x 4 x 3.5cm. $35.00 Email
