D14 Vanadinite, Thanksgiving Pocket
Extension, North Home Mine, Broadwater County, Montana. The
single largest specimen ever recovered from the North Home mine, and likely the
largest vanadinite specimen from Montana. The front of this piece is
covered with countless small acicular crystals of vanadinite, where there are
larger cavities, the vanadinite tends to form larger crystals. Scattered
microcrystals of calcite are present on and among the vanadinite crystals.
Measures 41 x 39 x 14cm. $5000.00
